Local lad and avid fisherman, 28 year old Chef Ben Carli has brought new energy and a fresh approach and to The Crafers Hotel dining room. Joining us on completion of our extensive kitchen refurbishments, Ben shares our vision of offering a unique gastro pub experience. His love of classical French cuisine and consistently good, simple, fresh food that is tasty, varied, and satisfying has become a mainstay in the local community.
At The Crafers we endeavor to appeal to all tastes and stomach sizes, serving up nourishing plates of “pub grub”, as well as share plates and tapas. Our menu includes weekly specials of risotto, pasta, pies, steaks and fish – and yummy desserts. Small people are not forgotten, and our Kids’ Menu mains all come with salad or chips, or add on a serving of steamed veg.
