The perfect experience for those that are a little left of centre. Learn about the next generation of minimal intervention wine makers. During this wine experience you will taste the best examples from those friends “over the hill” (Basket Range) and those from around the world trying to more with less.

The Classic

An experience for those who want to visit the classic wine regions of the world. Whether it be Burgundy or Tuscany our Sommeliers will look at a wine country you nominate and then these will be paired with classic classic examples from Australia.

The Blind

Have you ever been fascinated by blind wine tasting? Here is your chance to challenge your senses to see how good you are at identifying the wine, the grape, the region, the vintage and even the producer. A selection of wines will be poured based on the classic wines and styles of the world.
