Because I have a wine cellar of more than 2000 labels at my disposition, I am starting a new series of Sommelier-focused Wine Dinners. Instead of showcasing a local winery, I will pick the wines from the Wine Room and take you on a ride around the world to explore lesser known regions & varieties. I will also mix it up with some premium Australian wines that I want to share with you and talk about, over some carefully crafted dishes to match.
