Meet our Head Chef “Frenchy” Stephane.

Stephane grew up on a free range pig farm in the French countryside. At 14 years old he worked in the local village patisserie, and discovered his passion for baking and cooking. Stephane went on the study and gain experience from apprenticeships, qualifying as a chef at the tender age of 18 years old. He has since worked a variety of high-end kitchens, from Michelin star restaurant to 5 star international hotels.

Stephane succeeds our much-loved Ben, and brings with him a fresh, new perspective on your fave Crafers dishes!!
