Our Wine Room is a trove of interesting, rare, and classic wines. These include labels from both local growers and well-known Old World names such as Petrus, Mouton Rothschild, Lafite and a wide collection of Burgundys. Sommelier Becky will happily guide you through, or leave you to find your own personal bottle which suits your taste and budget.
The fun is in the browsing, and all bottles have prices clearly marked in white chalk pen. You’ll find an astonishing nest of auction-level vintages at affordable prices, premium large-format bottles, and an exclusive collection of vintage Seppletsfield fortifieds. If local is your fancy, we have a wonderful selection of small, organic and biodynamic producers such as Lucy Margaux, Taras Ochota, Sam Scott, and Yarra Yering; plus the hotel owners’ own experimental lot of older Australian whites.
